You want your first memory of 2015 to be memorable, don’t you? You’ll certainly remember swimming in the cold Atlantic Ocean at Coney Island on New Year’s Day with the Polar Bear Club. Arrive on the Boardwalk at Stillwell Avenue before the event starts at 1pm and bring a change of very warm clothes for after your dip. There is a suggested donation of $20 to participate. If you don’t think you can handle the cold water, you can still go watch while all bundled up!
